There are so many memories that one can take away from a wedding. For me, it was the affable Carmel and Jason, along with their warm and inviting family, that stood out the most. While I was the hired photographer, I was never treated as such, but was always made to feel as though I was one of the guests. As I hope you’ll see in the photos to come, their love abounded and their joy overflowed. I count it as a blessing that I was able to experience that day with them. To Jason and Carmel, may your love and joy continue to draw and transform those that are around you.
One of the decisions we made from the get go was to provide the best product and service we can to our clients. To that end, we’d like to share with you our album of choice, the Iris Book by Cypress Albums. Shown below is the 12×12 Iris Book, hand made and wrapped in Japanese book cloth. Everything from the thick pages to its sheer mass reveal its quality. It’s stunning, to say the least.
I photographed these back in September as a second shooter for Jenifer Lyn Photography and I finally got around to posting them! It goes without saying that working with Jen is always a blast, but working with Jen AND a fun couple makes it that much better. Well Alison and Keith, I wish you the best. Thank you for a memorable and enjoyable time. And oh…the dinner at the reception was yummy! Mmmmh, filet mignon and fish…..
I was graciously invited by my friend and fellow photographer Jeff Turner of Jeff Turner Photography to join him as his second shooter for Chenxi and Sean’s wedding, which was held in Plymouth, MA. I cannot stress enough what an experience it was to be able to watch and learn from Jeff. (Thank you, Jeff!) His interaction and rapport with clients is impeccable, as is his ability to capture the moments that count. I will spare you the details of the day and allow you to read from Jeff’s blog directly. I will, however, give thanks also to Sean and Chenxi, as they were the most gracious hosts throughout the day. In addition, here are some photos from the day.
